EVST Welcome Reception

Event description: 

As a reminder, we are limited to having 50 people in our group at once. When you arrive, we will give you a wrist band, which we ask that you return when you leave. That way we’ll make sure there are only 50 bands in circulation at one time.

This event will take place outside and we have a good bit of space to maintain social distancing. 

Consistent with Yale rules, we are providing beverages and snacks in individual serving containers and the following rules apply:

  • open to members of the Yale community only;
  • no  high-aerosolization activities  (singing, woodwinds/brass, vigorous exercise);
  • comply with current mask requirements;
  • unvaccinated individuals should maintain 6-foot distancing;
  • follow safe practices when eating and drinking.
