Interview and Q&A with Jan Ellen Spiegel | Friday, April 14, 4 to 6pm | Benjamin Franklin Head of College House| Jan Ellen Spiegel is a freelance reporter on Environment and Energy for The Connecticut Mirror (CT Mirror), a free, nonprofit online source for journalism about public policy, focusing on the State of Connecticut. Her work has also appeared in the The New York Times, Boston Globe, and Yale Climate Connections. She is a former editor at The Hartford Courant and Colorado Springs Gazette and spent more than 20 years as a TV and radio producer at CBS News and CNN. In 2013 she was a Knight Journalism Fellow at MIT on energy and climate. The interview and Q&A will be moderated by Michael Oristaglio, Director Energy Studies.
