Environmental Podcast Intern at Mother Earth

August 17, 2021

The Mother Earth Podcast is looking for college interns for the Fall of 2021. The mission of the podcast is to inform, inspire and empower listeners on the climate crisis and other pressing environmental problems. The host, Matt Pawa, is a nationally and internationally known environmental lawyer. Matt is now podcasting as well in order to promote solutions to environmental problems and to tell the stories of those who are working to save People and Planet. Interns are needed to research guests for the show, to help with social media marketing, for assistant audio production, web site design and content, and a variety of other functions. Interns will report directly to Matt Pawa, have opportunities to exercise creativity (for example in helping to identify new topics and guests for the show), and can work from anywhere. Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in environmental protection, be self-starters, willing to learn software, and a desire to have some fun while saving the Earth. We especially need interns with social media marketing skills and/or a background in environmental issues; applicants with these skills or background should describe them in their applications. Interns who excel will be provided with a strong reference and access to Matt’s extensive network of national and international environmental protection professionals to help launch their careers. Start and end dates are flexible. To apply, send an email with a resume and two references to matt@motherearthpod.com.
