Professor Fotos B.A.-YC, M.P.A., Ph.D, is the EVST Director of Undergraduate Studies and Lecturer in Political Science. He studies the relationship between political theory and policy analysis. His earlier work focused on coal mining regulation, voter turnout, and ecosystem services.
In 2022-2023 he will teach EVST 212 Democracy and Sustainability, PLSC 256 American Political Institutions, EVST 060 Topics in Environmental Justice, and EVST 496 Senior Research Project and Colloquium.
