EVST Concentrations
The concentration—a focused study of one environmental field—is central to the EVST major. It equips students with discipline-specific and issue-based knowledge, preparing them for leadership in their chosen environmental fields. Students work with their Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) to select courses that fulfill these requirements and support their academic objectives.
Students in the EVST major choose 6 courses that focus on a particular area of study within the environmental studies. Students may choose to concentrate in one of the areas displayed below, or they may define their own concentration.
