Study Abroad

The Environmental Studies program supports and encourages studying abroad. To get started:

  1. Explore approved programs on the Yale Study Abroad website.
  2. Check application deadlines.
  3. Review courses at potential host universities for EVST relevance.
  4. Meet with the EVST DUS to confirm course fit before applying.

Planning Tips

  • If studying abroad in spring of junior year, plan for your senior thesis.
  • Keep all course syllabi for the EVST DUS to review for credit toward the EVST major.

Funding

Credit Transfer
