Selin graduated from Yale College in 2024 (B.S., Environmental Studies), with a thesis assessing the potential for commercial-scale geologic carbon sequestration in the Pacific Northwest.
After graduation, she worked at the Carbon Containment Lab as a Senior Analyst, advancing emerging solutions in carbon removal, sustainable cooling, and superpollutant abatement through interdisciplinary research, analysis, external partnerships, and communication.
She recently returned to Yale to pursue a Master of Environmental Management at YSE, with a focus on business and innovation. Her goal is to develop a toolkit in business, finance, and management so she can better help early-stage climate, energy, and cooling innovations reach commercial scale.
She is always happy to chat with EVST students interested in the MEM-5 program.
